BHFL Contractors Group is a residential and commercial repair and maintenance management company that hires contractors to perform maintenance and repair services. Before proceeding, here are our requirements:

  • We have strict Vendor Insurance Requirements and use a monitoring company to ensure the proper insurance is in place. You will need to agree to those requirements.
  • We look for qualified Small and Disadvantaged Businesses when possible. Please indicate if you apply for that qualification.

Our Procedures

Interested vendors and contractors may send an email or correspondence by fax to our vendor relations manager.

Upon approval, you will be provided with the Vendor Registration forms and instructions to complete the following requirements:

  • Vendor Contact Information
  • Vendor Insurance Requirements
  • IRS Form W9
  • General Liability, Automotive and Worker’s Compensation (where applicable) certificates of insurance
